Eport File Volume Flucuates in volume

Hi Guys,
 
Hope you can help me out. Exported file flucuates in volume but, doesnt when played in sonar. It doesnt happen everytime just once and awhile. Any one seen this or no about it?
 
Using Sonar 8 Producer
Export Settings
Source: Entire Mix
Channel Format: Stereo
Sample Rate: 44100
Bit Depth: 16
Dithering: POW-r3
 
Audio Card is MAudio 2496
 
When starting new project I select Normal (2-Audio & 2-Midi Tracks) this is the default hope this helps for any missing info I didnt provide.

    Never mind - figured it out. Noticed it happening only when played on winamp but, not windows media player. Checked preferences in winamp and found a plugin called RockSteady which monitors the volume level and automatically adjusts it so that all songs (or portions of them) will sound at approximately the same level. Removed the plugin and plays back fine.
