Era II Vocal Codex update

I just noticed on the Best Service site that they released an update and patch in January 2017 for their Era II Vocal Codex. Apparently a couple of instruments were missing from some peoples' installs (Celtia Hmmm-Mmmm articulations), so this patch adds that missing content back in:
