Hi,
Normally that error also comes with the name of the file that it happened with. That file name is more important, since the numbers you gave is simply a memory address or equivalent.
WMP is not good for video and I, personally, do not use it for DVD's for example ... it's ok for mp4's, wmv's and those kind of video files, but DVD's is a no. If it "slowly" freezes up, it could also be a buffering issue, but I find it weird to see that these days as fast as most machines are, which leaves things in the hand of the video card and/or its drivers. But it's not clear that the buffering in memory or the program is out of sync and old stuff, like an old version of WMP trying to open a newer video/media file, or vice versa, for which they likely lack the parts for it. Windows, does not include the correct drivers, for example, to play DVD's on WMP.
Always make sure you write down the file name it happens on ... you can search for that file on the net, and it will tell you where the file belongs, which normally leads to your issue.
