Error - Melodyne or Windows

I have Melodyne Editor.  Apply Region FX and get this....
 
"errorMsg" = "generalSystemError";
"resultCode" = "1000";
 
The browser tab is...

Melodyne functions somewhat.  Blobs no longer appear, but I can move notes and adjust pitch.  Not sure Bounce to Clip releases the Melodyne Region FX, some clips say Melodyne and some don't after bouncing.
 
Updated Windows 10 recently, I suspect that's the culprit.
