Error Message when posting

Ocassionally I get this when posting here
 
An unexpected error occurred and logged. Please try again later.
 
Any idea what's causing this

    It's almost every day. Several hours before noon (-2 hrs GMT) posting doesn't work. It would be nice to know the cause of it.
    It's very annoying. It would be fairer to just announce that the forum is closed from xxx to xxx hrs.
    That's my lunch hour time (11-12) and I often write some posts, always forgetting that they end up deleted 'cause I can't post them.

    SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
