Error uncompressing program data

Getting this message re drop zone - only when trying to load the Grooves (.rx2) type files.
Files are there and were once ok - haven't tried this track for a while.
Have upgraded probably more than once since I last worked on this track.
Assumed re-installing the synth might deal with it but not sure how to re-install just the drop zone.
