Error when trying to install "mc7additional loops"

Is anyone having trouble installing the additional loops file in music creator 7 on Windows 8 ? Everytime I try , it errors after about the 3rd screen (where you click install) ,and tells me in a white box "to enter a complete path for example C:/app" is part of what the error says. It has a box to click "ok", and when you do the installation shuts down. No matter how many times you run this there is no place you are offered(or can find) a place to enter the drive path into the installation program. Has anyone had this error? Greatful on any insights anyone may have 😀
