Event Inspector fails unless you change auto-displayed value (CWBRN-22480/confirmed by CW)

A longstanding issue which I'm sure has already been reported by others. It only takes two MIDI note events to reproduce it.

1. Open the Piano Roll View and record at least two MIDI notes.
2. Set the velocity of the first note event to 100, and that of the other note event(s) to some other value(s).
3. Select both (or all) notes by whatever method you like (I lasso-select them by right-clicking and dragging an area containing the notes).
4. To set the velocity of both/all notes to 100, click the [Vel] field of Control Bar's Event Inspector module. The field will automatically show "100," which is the velocity of the first note event you selected).
5. Hit the Enter key.

[Expected Results]
It sets velocity of both/all notes to 100.

[Actual Results]
It changes nothing.
(This also applies to all other fields of Event Inspector)

    Step 1 should be
    a) New project
    b) Insert MIDI track
    c) Record or drag in some MIDI notes.

    Step 4 should be:
    d) Right click control bar
    e) Click Event Inspector Module
    f) Make sure you can see the Event Inspector Module.
    g) Set velocity value to 100

And yes I can repro. Thanks for this...

Hmmmm... from these various threads there seems to be a lot of notified CWBRNs (including one of mine) from the last few months that have been lost/ignored. What's happened to these? It can't be that time ran out, we would have waited longer for this patch if we thought all bugs would be addressed.
