Everything has stopped working... Z3TA+ problems???

I downloaded Z3TA+ last night. Installed, but have not used it.

Came in today to some work, and nothing works.

I have audio tracks with waves I can see in the track pane. The meters are not moving. No MIDI function, no audio. I have restarted the audio engine.

Also, the 'start' and 'stop' functions take 3 to 5 seconds to work.

If you remove the z3ta+ and then try if it works so this way you know if there is something wrong with the z3ta+ or is there possibly some other problem. You could also download the file again. Also, just checking, you did download the file from Cakewalk?

Uninstalled Z3TA+ and everything came back. May try to download again, but most of it seemed more appropriate for styles I don't do much. I did get it from the Cakewalk site.

Thanks for the tip. Again, I may be OK without it, at least until I learn to use lots of other features. I'm only about 4 months into this program. Sure do love it...

I don't know that it matters, but could you try to install it with the explicit Run As Administrator option?  (not the same as just being an Admin user, by the way).  Also, after finishing the install, try then launching Sonar with Run As Administrator, and see if that makes any difference.

I know it does permissions at a higher elevation of privileges then installing/running without using Run As Administrator.

    Just a thought,
