I don't think so ... Seeing as he's already infamous!, but perhaps he's referring to being both Rich and infamous at the same time. Also, being Rich is a relative concept .... How Rich? Rich in what? Perhaps he's referring to Becan -- Some people believe that Becan is Rich in Calories, others believe it's Rich in Cholesterol .... etc ...
Perhaps he's planning a Bank Butcher Robbery... That could make him both rich and infamous????
