Finally! Someone has put into words what I've felt for ages - well done. "The amazing thing about the Dancing Bear is not how gracefully it dances - but that it dances at all...."

He does slip up with the part where he talks about dialing 2 zeroes way back when - he was as impatient back then, as the young guy with the cellphone is nowadays. Everybody suffers from the same problem. 'The future's wasted on the youth'. Always.

ORIGINAL: mike_mccue sorry nothing to do with the clip... it was reaction to the subject title... just a stream of consciousness outburst. best, mike Dogs Flew UFOs Our Forefathers Took Drugs Everything You Know is WRONG! Also nothing to do with the OP. But Mamabear it is poignant and oh so true. I can remember those dial phones. Or our first VCR which was about the size of a Winnebago. And ate 1/2 of the tapes.

Ha! I remember our first video camera--sometime in the 80's. I made a backpack to carry it around in. I could only handle it about 5 minutes. The battery was a motorcycle battery. And what did they cost back then? I can't remember--but way more than the pocket-sized ones at Walmart for $239.99...that happen to take better pictures than the old ones!

Nice clip. I wish it were longer. P.S. When the clip first started I thought it was 'Mad Money' man Jim Cramer:
