Excitement!!! Autumn Angel trailer music

As I mentioned before, I've recently signed on with Super Red Pictures to write the music for their films. Their first feature length film, Autumn Angel, is premiering in January and they just released the trailer today. Check out the site and see my music with the trailer. Firefox users will have to click on the "Autumn Angel" link in the lower right panel of the front page to see it. I've also written some music for the video blogs. You can D/L just the tunes in higher quality below if you'd like. But check out the blogs and the interview with the lead actor Kyle Morris to hear the music with the videos.

    Hi Unshackled,

    Sounds great, man! You really developed the moods well and everything blends perfectly with the drama occuring on screen. If you don't mind me asking, what sampler and sample collections are you using? Also, the choral parts sounded great...what collection are they from?

    Thanks, TuTwelve. I'm using Sonar 3 PE and the samplers I'm using are Vsampler 3.5 and the bundled Kompakt sampler for EWQLSO Gold. The choir voices are from Soundscan vol. 28. All it all it's an excellent library for $45.00. The other sounds are from Distorted Reality 2, Maz Sound's no.1 Instruments, and Soundscan vol. 25 Trip Hop.

    I watched the trailer and thought you did an excellent job at fitting the music to fit the video. The music really brought out the emotions of what was going on during the video.

    Thanks, Chad. Here's funny bit of trivia. The director synced the first half of the trailer to Eminem's "8 Mile" and said "I like it with this song. See if you can make it similar in feel." I attempted something like it but it ended up being close enough that it might have been called plagarism. So I scrapped it and did my own thing with the same tempo. I think it works better, anyway

    Really well done. I listened to the music first and liked the eerie and intense feeling.
    Then watched the trailer - excellent match to it.
    Very well done.
