Expanded: I got Sonitus fx:Reverb to ProChannel

I'm confused...
I can turn Sonitus Reverb ON/OFF in ProChannel but how to access the actual GUI?

EDIT:
Screen Capture removed to save my bandwidth.

I made a preset of the channel shown in the first post:
Panu's ProChannel with Sonitus fx Reverb.pcp
    EDIT:

Sorry Bakers I did not make screenshot with the factory GUI but I guessed  Dark Side Mod does not affect Sonitus:fx Reverb behavior in ProChannel.

OK, how exactly did you get the reverb into PC???? I must be denser than usual tonight.

    Well, it just appeared there!
I can't explain... I tried to drag and drop another instance for a new track but it did not work anymore.  Mystery to me, too, but not as big as some other ones in life in general :-).

You may have found a bug in expanded. I'm going to try and drop a couple of things into PC. I think it's true to say, just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should.

Perhaps *Prochannel* is sitting on some sort of hidden FX bus?

Maybe Cakewalk can unlock it and we can just have two FX bins... that way we can load our very own favorite VSTs in 2 different places.

    best regards,

    NoviceChannel? AmateurChannel? SemiProChannel?
    OK, ProChannel is more attractive.

I have just assumed Cakewalk wanted to come up with a fresh and unique name that was associated with high quality.

I'm curious whatt happens if you save that as a Prochannel preset and open it in another project or on another computer.
Will Sonitus Reverb still be there?

Yes! See post #2: I saved it as a preset. Download and try it yourself.

ART claims there are three (eyes closed?) hand selected (Chinese?) tubes inside the device.  I wonder if they're in the signal path, too.

That's like, 6 gain stages... unless two of them are just part of a cathode follower.

Somewhat different professional approach than in Gyraf's products: http://www.gyraf.dk/gy_pd/g9/g9pd.htm
"The signal path contains only tubes, transformers and passive components, to preserve your signal integrety. VERY different from many "tubed" consumer products."

I'll bet that Gyraf thing doesn't have any of the gritty tube warmth people enjoy hearing come out of the A.R.T.

    Anyway, I tried your preset.
    Sonitus Reverb is there.

Now I have the same problem:  How do I access the GUI?

I'd probably pay $51.00 for this if it was sold as an upgrade.

    What about ProTools?

PT is grandfathered in. PT was created and manufactured in a time when a "real pro" wouldn't touch a DAW w/ a 10-foot poll, except for very specialized workstations. Times are different now, technology changes, opinions change. Trademarks are much harder to change by comparison.
