I'm not sure exactly what you're asking for.  a routing multichannel example for those instruments with respect to Expanded?  Expanded's main changes were increased functionality of Pro Channel and FX Chains.  both are actually "per track" (or "per bus").  so to ask about routing for expanded for 4 different types of mono tracks, I'm not sure I understand your question.

Thanks for replay,i would analyze four channel in schope input to separate masked frequencies.I'm little bit confused for routing mono tracks to schope stereo buss.

Sorry I do not know how Schope works. I looked it up and it is a freq analyzer. You can simply point each track to the buss it is on but that may not be what you are looking for. Does Schope have multiple inputs? If so you may be able to add a send to each track and point it to a separate input to Schope. Perhaps someone that uses it can chime in and help you out.

OH - sorry, I thought it was a routing question for Expanded.  I misunderstood.

I have never used schOPE, so I can't help with routing for it.  there is a multi-channel routing tutorial on youtube for SPAN if you're interested in using SPAN instead (it's free).
