Beta Process Open to All License Holders

 

New beta builds are now available for all Exponential Audio plugins: PhoenixVerb and R2 (stereo), Excalibur, PhoenixVerb Surround and R2 Surround. There are several improvements common to all plugins:

• Support for non-English diacriticals (umlauts, cedillas, and other types of accents) has now been added to preset and keyword naming.
• Efficiency improvements in graphics routines. This should significantly reduce some GUI flashing that appears in OSX Yosemite.
• In some rare cases (particularly during offline rendering) it was possible the plugin would not exit cleanly. This has been improved significantly.
• Overall efficiency improvements in GUI-drawing.
• More presets for all plugins

Please see the release notes included in the installers for more detail. This beta is available to all holders of demo, Full or NFR licenses and may be gotten from the Download Page

The beta versions are as follows:

• PhoenixVerb and R2 Stereo: 2.1.2 Beta Build 1
• Excalibur: 1.04 Beta Build 1 (release notes incorrectly say 1.0.5)
• PhoenixVerb and R2 Surround: 1.2.1 Beta Build 2 (this is the second beta in this cycle)
