Export Anomalies

I have a project I'm working on. It plays back fine in SONAR but when I export it, the wave file has glitches or part of the drums don't play...

What's SONAR doing???

Try increasing your MIDI buffer in preferences.

I used Dropzone to trigger my drum samples.

Are you using real-time or fast mode export? It may seem counter-intuitive, but fast bounce is more reliable because it has more control over managing computer resources.

Session Drummer can be used like Dropzone, and it's 64-bit. Apart from whatever issue you're having with lost hits, Dropzone is subject to a bug in Bitbridge that will make the audio render late by one buffer. Not a problem if you use JBridge, but another reason not to use it otherwise.

I always go for real-time export because of time-based plug-ins - I tried Fast Bounce but it didn't help.

Will be sure to try it on other projects and see if it helps.

Good point! I think I'll switch to Session Drummer from now on.
