Export Lag?

  I Have created a song with East West Quantum Leap Symphonic Orchestra. The problem is when I exported it, the song was "laggy" on some parts? Has anyone ever experienced something like this? What should I do?

    Welcome to the forum!
    Try bouncing it to tracks first. Uncheck "Fast bounce" if problems occurr.

    What are your system specs? What sample rate and bit depth are you using?

    SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.

    Define "laggy".

    Hey, thank you guys for suggesting solution, but I found out the problem. Oddly It seems that when 16th midi notes are placed one after another It caused a Lag. So when I shortened the staccato notes to 32th notes the problem was fixed!

    ??, another non solution.
    Sonar exports exactly what you hear during playback of the  project.
    In other words, you would hear any issues before your export.
    If you can slow down the tempo ( Lag??) with midi notes, then you have a serious issue with your set up.
