Export mix w/ External insert problem

Anyone else bouncing mixes by using external inserts in master bus?
 
Jamaica Plan exported two mixes ok with external insert but thrird hung up at the end of the song. I have never seen SONAR freeze at the end of export when no external inserts are used so I suspect problem is EI related.
