Exporting a song with my wah effects

I use the wah pedal at one point in my song...
But I cant export it and use the wah (mouse controlled) at the same time.
How do I do this?

Also... I'm getting a bit of crackling noise...?

    Have you read up on automation? You can record the wah movement(automation), then it should export. About the crackling, go through all the checks, without knowing what you are using, could be lots of culprits!
