I have to admit that this was a lttle bit pushed from my side. Nevertheless, it was funny. Anyway 10ten if I were you I would try to lay low for a while. I'm reading all over the forum posts with your name in them, from members of this forum that have been here for ages. members complaining about your behaviour. members that are really helping people solve serious issues while working on projects. members that are requesting from the moderators to terminate your account. It looks to me that when you have members with 15000 posts and more (which more than half of them were for members that needed help), writing that they think that you're actually here to turn current or potential users away from the cakewalk, and they request your account termination, that this is much bigger than you thought.

to be honest I'm not long in this forum, but i have never seen your name in any "solving a problem" situation. I mean come on, you say you are using sonar for a very long time. most of newbbie problem should be bread an butter for you. why don't you use your wisdom to help people?

p.s i will really miss you in case they terminate your account because you're giving me great laughs on a daily base!

So, the people obsessed with attacking me have no responsibility in that? I didn't create these posts and tried to ignore them, but once I understood that there was going to be no moderation of the issue I stepped in and defended myself. Of course it only fed the insult machine, but what can one do? The last statement is just you not seeing them. I have helped people in the forum, in PM and even on the phone and IM a few times, but you needed to say it to make your case better, whether it was true or not.

when i first read that post i treid for the life of me to figure out what was wrong with the export...
i too cant for the life of me figure out what hes talking about..ive searched every where..i even exhasted all my search engines outside of this forum...but yet the riddle continues?

Well, if they have those kinds of anger management issues perhaps they aren't so valuable. I seem to get by without attacking people and I have been given plenty of reason to do so.

so it must be a conspiracy against you in this forum. you've done nothing wrong, they have anger management issues. and why they have those issues just with one member only. this not about me and you. this is the way half this forum treats your posts. I'm sorry, but i have to speak honestly. I didn't receive any personal message from the members of this forum when i registered here saying that there's a member called 10ten and i should always argue and mock him. And i'm pretty sure nobody else received such message when he registered. But half the members new or old are angry with you! why?

and once again you got it wrong. I just disagree with you in all our quarrels. and that's healthy i believe. we disagree.
but there are others, many others, that call you names. i didn't join any name calling. if you receive our disagreement as attacks, this means that you are attacking half this forum constantly! the only difference between you and the rest of the forum, is that nobody is joinning your side in this.

and respect in this forum is something you'll have to earn. not by being here a long time. but because you've earned it! and yes you've bought this product which buys you the right to complain about unfixed issues. but it doesn't buy you the respect of the members in this forum. and this is something you need more right now than a perfectly working version of Sonar!

I don't mind in the slightest, I'm not expecting a reply. I'm watching with interest though to see whether projectM has better luck than me and bristol_jonesey did. You've already made it clear you aren't answering anything for anybody apparently.

I'm just intrigued as to why someone says a feature "needs major work" and then refuses to say why, other than "Search for it". But as we both now there is nothing to search for. If there is, post a link and I'll publicly apologise to you.

For someone who thinks everyone is attacking him you are very fond of denying yourself as my monkey. Is that some sort of phobia?

Just make it up as you go along. What you want to do and you are allowed to do is make personal attacks and kill threads. If Cake wants to allow you to do that fine, it's their forum, but you're only fooling your extremely untalented self and your gang.

I know there are several different interpretations of the English language from country to country or culture to culture but I've yet to knowingly "make personal attacks and kill threads"

Of course I'll stand corrected if you can link me to one. I'm even encouraging the smokescreen you create to avoid the questions now. I'd call that helping not attacking. I'm a very, very patient person and the only time I'm ever aggressive is on a race track, and even then it's very controlled aggression.

If you are trying to provoke some sort of out burst from me you'll be disappointed I'm afraid.

The only thing you've been correct in so far is that I am indeed untalented, though I'm not so vain I can't admit it.

10Ten, unlike you I don't do toy throwing outbursts. Link to attacks? Outbursts? (mine not yours) Unless of course we both have very different perceptions of the those terms. Now that wouldn't surprise me.

he he, true that. But either way, if he has something to tell us about it, it could prove to be good info. I remember he was going mental over the new quick grouping function and after a couple hundred insults between him and various users it turned out he did have a valid point which I didn't see until he mentioned it.

So I wonder what it is this time since I actually wouldn't mind getting some additions to the (what is already a superb IMO) audio export function.
