Hi. I usually just Ctrl + A, and choose File, Export, Export Audio (I have set up Shift+A as my keystroke for Export Audio, and makes it even easier to do
). Choose "What you hear". If you are going to import it again to master, leave bit depth and sample rate alone. When ready to import again, just drop from Browser or Desktop.
Hope it helps.
All the best.
