Exporting video file in Sonar X1 produce lower quality than original??(solved)

Hi guys

First time, I imported and exported video file along with audio within Sonar X1. (The video sample which basically reside in Window7)

I export the video both as AVI and WMA.

and I opened those video file I've just exported by Window Media Player but the video quality is much worse than the original!

I can recognize it's difference at a glance

I didn't touch anything particular in Sonar except export buttons,

How can I keep the original quality??? How shoud I export video within Sonar!!!??

(Perhaps I'd better export it in Window Movie Maker? I've tried and it's keeps the original quality)

any help would be appreciate plz help me I've search a lot words in dictionary to put the proper English!!!!!!!!

sonar really isn't built for video. i

if you want to use sonar to enhance your audio, make whatever changes you need in sonar, save the project, then, making sure that the whole project is selected, export individual tracks or the final mix to wav format. then use a video editor (you can download a free trial version of sony vegas) to import the original video and audio and your new audio. sync them up, mute the original audio track, and render to mp4 for the web or mpg/ac3 for dvd.
