Extending Drag & Drop

It's really pretty amazing the things one can drag and drop! I just found one that doesn't work (at least on my system).

Just picked up an Apollo Twin USB (highly recommended if you were wondering), and I can't drag plug-in instances between Sonar and their Console. I know that was a real stretch, but it would be cool. I'm not sure who has to do the heavy lifting to get something like that to work.

example - track a guitar through several UAD plug-ins instantiated in the console, but record the dry signal. When it's time to listen you'd like to instantiate all those plugins in Sonar.

There are work-arounds
- save the individual presets, instantiate the plug-ins in Sonar and then select the appropriate presets. It works, but it is is a lot of work.
- use the Virtual Inputs in the console, then you can drag things around to re-arrange, still not entirely elegant, and you can't easily print the results.

So it would be cool to be able to just drag the plug-ins from the console to Sonar tracks and busses.
