External Audio Interface

Hi.  I've been thinking about getting an external audio interface to use with Sonar X1 Producer's edition on a Windows 7, 64 bit system.

Anyone know anything about the Zoom MRS 1044CD?

It has a built in CD Burner and hard drive, 40 GB I believe.

Trying to figure out if it's compatible with Sonar / Windows 7, 64 bit and if it's a good product.
It's sufficiently old that it's been discontinued so having a hard time tracking down such info.

Didn't know if getting this used for around $100 would be a good deal that serves my modest needs (have a Roland keyboard hooked in by Midi to USB cable, but would occasionally like friends to be able to record electric guitar and bass along with vocals)

    if it has no 64 bit drivers => no go
