External Audio Missing

I got the 'External Audio Missing' notice, I chose to 'Skip All' and I was happy with whatever remained in the song. I saved the file but I still get the 'Missing Audio' notice whenever I open it.
 
How can I create a new .cwp that doesn't give me that nag? Do I have to copy the whole thing track by track to a new file?
