Extra CD-ROM with Octacapture?

I got my Octa installed today and it is impressive. I am going to try and get some tracks recorded in the next couple of days. Tomorrow I plan to get the Alesis Control Pad working and my keyboard synth integrated into everything... and I will have some questions but with the latency and features of this interface I think I will be in high cotton! I was able to playback in ASIO @ 64 samples with absolutely no probems... I'll see how it works when recording and using plugs.
 
Anyway... my question is this. There are two CD-Rs that come with the OC, the one has the drivers etc. I installed the correct drivers and that was that. The other disk has some things I do not know if I need or not. In particular
Cakewalk Sound Center and
Studio Instruments Drums ...
 
What is Cakewalk Sound Center and are the drums worth bothering with? I have lots of drums already.
