Extraneous Audio on Every Audio Track

OK, I posted this below as a Melodyne problem but I do not think that is what it is.  I am in crisis mode here.
 
A weird echo of a vocal harmony track is showing up on every audio track: bounced tracks, source tracks, and EVEN blank audio tracks I just inserted.
 
In other words, every audio track, new or old, blank or with material, also contains a weird, reverby copy of one of the vocal harmony tracks if though that track is muted and has no sends or effects.

OK, It just got weirder:

DELETED the audio from the Bounced track.  I can still hear the weird echo track.  There are no sends, no inputs, and no effects on the track.  Where is this coming from?
