FIXED Pro Channel PC4K Gate Limiter Setup will not install on new X1 Installation

I'm setting up a new PC.  I have X1 Producer/Expanded installed.  I have installed other addons such as the concrete limiter but the gate will not install.
 
I get an error message that
 
"Cannot locate the required version of the program on this system
Please install the correct version of the program to use this patch"
 
X1 loads and runs OK and is fully registered/activated.  When I instlaled the concrete limiter and then added it to the Pro Channel I was able to fully register it without problems. 
 
I downloaded a new copy of the Gate Limiter but it still will not install.  I have also tried installing as Administrator and that did not help.

UPDATE:  I was given a link to download a new copy of the PC4K Gate Limiter and that installed OK.
