FX Bin Names Pull Name From Custom Plugin Layout Instead Of The Registered VST Name

I setup a custom plugin layout and renamed the plugins to make sense for me.   When i drag those FX to an FX Bin, the name is not matching my custom name in my layout, but it is using the registered VST name.   I wish there was a way to choose which name it uses.

    Agreed.  Maybe in the VST Configuration window a check box that reads "Match FX Bin Plugin Display Name to Custom Layout Plugin Name" or something to that effect.

    Totally agree, except for "FX Bin" (it's called "FX Rack" in the new SONAR ).

    Agreed ... and BTW it has been renamed to FX Rack to be able to host the plugin of the year
