FX Chains: Open FX GUI oddity question

Should SONAR remember screen positions of effects? Now every time I open them from the ProChannel FX Chain, plugins go to the top left corner under the Windows task bar. Locations are restored during session but when project is loaded again, they all open in the top left corner again. I'm just asking, not ranting... Because if this is 'by design', I can fix it myself by adding a new feature to Duckbar.

This seems to be project specific... In the next project plugins are opened to the previously used plugin's coordinates.

If the effects are 32bit running in bitbridge they do not remember their locations

Anyone notice the screen floating off the background when you dock the fx chain window?
Pull it out of the dock and its locked in a huge window you can't resize with the screen still floating.

To fix you have to close and reopen it.
    Very weird.
