FX Toggle Button bug / issue?

(My Version: SONAR PROFESSIONAL 21.10.00 BUILD 30 Kingston - x64)
 
The [FX]-button in SONAR should enable/disable all effects. But it is also possible to override this setting: when [FX]-Button is pressed (->"all EFX disabled"), I can go to a single channel and manually enable all EFX for this one specific channel with the small blue button which is placed on top of the channel strip. So far, so good but:
As soon, as I toggle the specific EFX button for a single channel(when main [FX] is pressed!!!), the button remains in this state. Hence the main [FX] button loses control over this specific channel - I can toggle it on and off, the one specific channel I touched manually doesn't Change anymore.
 
Microsoft would say: "It's not a bug - it's a Feature!". What about Cakewalk :o) ?
