FX bin slot effect popup hotkey?

Hi there.

Is there a way to map a shortcut that opens up an effect in the fx bin? And could be the same for every track
?

For example, if I insert my Waves H-eq onto all my tracks in slot 1 in the FX bins, to have one shortcut key that opens the FX from slot 1 for whatever track I have selected?

I've looked through the Sonar shortcut keys guide and couldn't find anything.

I don't even mind perhaps mapping it to a midi key on my controller....just so I have a one-click access to my commonly used effects.
