FX in bin - "on" or "off" more obvious

This is not a new request or an original idea - it's been around since January 2015 when the new SONAR came out.

Can we please have a more obvious way to see when FX in the bin are disabled - or not?

Enabled ones brighter? Disabled ones less bright?
Hell, I don't even care if they're bright pink when enabled - I'd just like to know without having to click on the FX to see which way it changes... 😀

- Windows 10 Pro - 64 bit
- Cakewalk by BandLab x64
- Reaper x64
- 16GB RAM
- Asus P8z77-V mobo - using the integrated Intel graphic card (HD4000)
- MOTU Ultralite AVB audio interface
I usually use ASIO set at 64 or 128 samples
er - that's it I think...

If you don't mind using unofficial solution, download Duckbar @ sonarmods.com and apply Dark Side theme (Mod Patcher module). It enhances many things but FX bin, too:

    ON/OFF button becomes green/gray and individual FXs yellow/gray (on/off).

If I could vote multiple times I would.

I'm mystified why this wasn't identified before that update even occurred. Even more confused why it hasn't been updated after twelve months. It seems like a super simple fix.

In short, it's not clear when an effect is on or off in the FX bin. That should be obvious, not elusive info.

I also want to add that I'm a huge fan of Sonar Platinum and all of its functionality. This is one thing I'm looking forward to seeing updated soon.

Two internal 2TB SSDs laptop stuffed with Larry's deals and awesome tools. Studio One is the cat's meow as a DAW now that I've migrated off of Sonar. Using BandLab Cakewalk just to grab old files when migrating songs.

I think there may be another (or multiple) requests for this already but yes... this is something I would like as well.

I'm sure there are other requests - I just couldn't find them (not that I tried *that* hard...)
This *must* be easy to change though...

I make some videos. This one shows how to do a physical loopback on the RME UCX to get many more equalizer nodes.

Since this correction is about a year overdue, shouldn't this be included in the next monthly release?

Not just FX bin, everywhere the darkness has gone overboard at the expense of read/usability

This is kind of cruel, but I'm now almost wishing for a Style Dial that has a brighten feature that would allow the FX on/off difference to brighten/sharpen. If the Bakers are only working on Style Dial FX, then maybe they could take this as a suggestion.

I'm being facetious, but still strongly hoping the Bakers take into consideration our request to improve the GUI related to the FX bin and FX in it being on or off.

Please, improve on/off visibility. Voted on other thread also. X1 for that matter was perfect.
All that is needed is to increase the width of the FX-bin just a tiny bit and it will fit an on/off indicator and fit long FX names. On/off indicator could then be set by user preference i.e grey/green grey/blue or red/green.....
