Yes. You you can click and drag a plugin to another Fx Bin and also copy it with its current settings.
I believe Ctrl+Click-n-Drag will copy.
Btw, you should look at learning to use a Send for adding the same reverb to multiple tracks. One way is to put the Reverb Fx in a bus and then Send each track to it, blending the amount to taste. One benefit is fewer plugins hence less cpu power, another is better mix control.
