FYI fix for win 7 64 service PK 1 .Gigabyte GA-X56A-UD5 REV 1 audio dropouts

When I had installed Windows 7 64 pro last week,
I was near driven crazy by random audio dropouts in both X1b 64 la Vs 700 c and R all with latest updates and firmware.
The dropouts happened in  Windows media player too.
I emailed Tech support
I called and talked but no one had answers for me. They did the best they could to help, thanks Cake.
After  3 days of trying everything but a total fresh install of everything, I found reference to these issues I was having on line.
It turns out that Windows 7 64 service pack 1 screws up your HD audio drivers. Even an uninstall of the update will not fix them.
The fix I found is as below. Just uninstall  your HD audio drivers and reinstall the ones listed below. Reboot your computer
Dropout problems solved.
I hope this is of help to someone else.
