M/S De-essing. It's about time! How have we gotten along all this time without it? J/K. I have no doubt FF's entry will be among the very best in class. So come on now, FF, where's your multiband compressor?

I have had Sonnox SuperEsser for quite a few years and use it on many vocal tracks - however it can be a little difficult to get a great result and sometimes I end up using a couple of instances of it. This looks exciting and really good - So if this is not too expensive I might go for this - I hope they have a demo as I would want to try it first Nigel

Still no price listed. It's been a long, long time since I've even used a de-esser. But I never had a cool visual to go with it before.

It is, after all, purported to be "intelligent". Saves the operator from having to exhibit any intelligence of his own. Can't argue with that.

And it's a bit pricey for a desser. $189. Even with my discount it still breaks the ton. Sheesh... I was hopin around $125 retail. Have to think about this one.

I'm on the fence. My discount takes it down to $125. Agree with myolpal. Pricey for a de-esser. Maybe an early adopter will tell us why it's the bees knees? (beyond what we already know)

yorolpal has to "think about it"??? Wow. Waiting for bapu to weigh in now. If he says the same thing, FF may be paddling upriver trying to sell this thing at that price. I'd love to have it, but I can't possibly justify it, even at my discounted price of $134. There are just too many viable alternatives for accomplishing the task that don't cost anything at all.
