Beautiful piece guys! If I could change anything, I would have placed the acoustic in stereo, left and right. Ebow in the center, with a gentle 1/4note delay. I think it would have framed the vocal better...just my opinion though...

Another really good song...   Paired down to basics and still sounds great.   That says something.   As usual I really like Tim's voice.   Your e-bow work on this one is perfect IMO.    
 
About the only thing I'd change is what Dan mentioned with panning the acoustic(s) outward a bit for just a little more space in the center for the vocals.   Not that they're really stepping on each other as-is.
