Hi Dirk, hey I like it. You did a great job on the vocal. I'll have some more listens later when my ears are more fresherer. PS: Don't ever let Tina sing Red Wine

no,no she sings it with other lyrics ..."WhiteVodka"
yeah,we just setting up a band and i think in two months we are able to play a one hour set..."Weird" sounds really brutal with the C tuning..woah

    very cool man

very van halen. until the singing starts. then it jsut rocks on a completely different level.

mix wise i found the vocals a little thin, maybe a little to much verb, and the drums need to come up a little

other than that. it's all good!

    rock on!

Hi Dirk, I think yeah the drums could come up some. Your gtr solo kicks ass. There are plenty of ways to fit your vox better in the mix, not that it's too thin, it could be just it needs less of a pocket to ride. Break a leg playing out

Drum levels are good Dirk. I finally figured out what else it was about the drums, seems like it's the same fill every time. Your drummer has that one nailed. Ask him to start simpler early in the song for momentum.

Nah, not Van Halen. More Dokken with a Bruce Dickinson melody sung in a Alice Cooper style. (Do my references reveal I grew up on `80s pop metal?)

    Hey Dirk,

Where's Tina? I think you did a good job on the vocals, but you and Tina have a great sound together.

BTW, I found a great female rock vocalist/song-writing partner here in Cleveland. I can't wait to get our first song out!!!!!!!

    Keep jam'n, Darryl
