Very nice kakku. Smooth chord progression good melody development. I like the change up in lead instruments and the dynamic pauses. My only crit: The drum track could use a little more variation (fills, accents, etc.). Solid mix and production...thumbs up....Ron

Sounds good on my Alexa, streaming from my laptop.

Personally, I didn't connect with it. It's almost like a homeopathic song in that it has traces of other ideas, which are distantly connected to this one but none of the movements, except for the opening really caught my attention. You have a nice use and range of instruments but I really felt that that the song lacked groove in the drums and bass and thus a lot of the melodical movements were hard to hold on to.

Very nice Kakku. I really like the horn sound in the first 'verse'. Nice changes throughout to keep it interesting.

Thank you Ron. I agree about the drums. I have problems finding good drum sounds for fills etc.

Thank you for your comment. I admit that there are a lot flaws on it.

While this was a pleasant tune for me to listen to, I couldn't help but feel that some additional dynamics would have made it more exciting.  But maybe you didn't want that.

Thank you for your comment. Actually I would like to apply some dynamics to my tunes but I find it a difficult task so I choose not to apply dynamics to my tunes.

Thank you Mark. I put the notes on by using the piano roll because I make too many mistakes when I play.

Same here, but I also play and record live too because you never know what might come along by improvising. I am also make a lot of mistakes but I sometimes find it easier to then spend a bit of time fixing those mistakes rather than trying to come up with a melody or passage in my head.

    cheers

I have done some improvising too but nowadays I find it easier to just use the mouse. But I do play the guitar sometimes and improvise with that and record with my mobile. I also occasionally record my own improvised voice hummings and try to use that with my daw things.

I really like that bass synth choice. The whole song was very easy on the ears! Mixed well.

Thank you Tom. I also like that bass voice. First I meant to use also SI bass synth but then I thought that maybe it would be too bassy then (if there can be too too much bass I don't know).
