Fantom VS - "Unable to open script" error when scanning VSTs

Anyone got any idea about this?

I'm trying to scan the DLLs from the Hotfix in Sonar x64. They're ion the recommender place: C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Vstplugins\Fantom VS
