Fascinating Hans Zimmer Interview

The web site is German and the introduction in part one is spoken German.  But the interview is entirely in English.
 
Even if you don't particularly care for Mr. Zimmer's music, this is worth watching (if only for his observation that "This Is Spinal Tap" is the most accurate documentary about the rock music business ever made).  He seems like someone you'd love to be able to invite to a dinner party.
 
Turns out Mr. Zimmer got his start in music as a synth player.  He's currently a huge fan of the Zebra soft synth and that most of the Inception soundtrack was done with just Zebra.  I'm quite looking forward to the two final installments.
