Fast Bounce and Melodyne

If I Fast Bounce a song, I get pre-Melodyne vocals.  Is this normal?

    Shouldn't be normal.
     
    You should be able to render at any speed and not have to bounce Melodyne.

    Personally, when using Melodyne, I make the correction and then immediately bounce to clips. The bounce sounds better to me than when the editor is still active. Especially when mixing. I do this in chunks.

    Thanks.  The problem is that I have never gotten Melodyne to bounce correctly.  Keep in mind, too, that in X1 and Melodyne you can only bounce whole tracks, not clips.

    UPDATE:  Still does not export correctly.  I did, however, get the Melodyne track to bounce to another track, but the level is really low.  Thoughts on that?

    Possibly the bounce is being done without any track FX that are boosting the level?
