Feature request: Take Management

I'd love the next version of Sonar to have a few extra take management options:

1) Delete Muted Clips
2) Order Numerically From Top
3) Set Active Track Layers On Top (Make them visible and on top in single track layer mode)

Some of the ones I can think of. I do a lot of take editing and these features would speed thing up. Any other suggestions?

During comping of vocals (for example) it would be great to be able to color sections of the takes green for good, yellow for maybe and red for bad.

That way you can take a visual look at the takes and see where you might need another take, which takes were best, and maybe assemble a couple of different comps quickly.

I think at least one of the major DAWs has that capability?

Wait, wait, what key is it in?

Yeah... that's some good stuff. I like the track layers but they're messing me up a little. I'd like to see an option that automatically mutes the last layer with a preferences setting. Maybe that's already there but I'd like to learn it as it is very distracting having to manually mute my last take every time. I find many times if I'm not paying attention I'll be doubling something without noticing until I make a variation in my playing. Then I have to scrap my whole take because of it.

and yes naming or coding layers would be good too as I like to do a ton of takes then pick and choose the best. Perhaps that is possible as well and I just haven't found it yet. Cheers.

In fact if there was a "notes" section for each layer that would be immensely useful to myself personally. For example: I lay down three takes. When I listen back at the end of the night I can describe to myself what sections of each take are good or bad and then move forward with my production from there whether through splicing or redoing the entire track after practicing the good elements. Like 0:01-0:50 Layer 1 "USE". 1:20-1:40 Layer 2 "Good but needs work". 0:01-end Layer 3 "Too drunk. Go to bed dum dum". That type of thing. :-)
