Feature request: Tempo Track

This would give the user a little more control in editing tempos. An example where this would be useful.

Let's say you are making a 4 bar loop where the tempo increases on bar 4. When you paste you loop out you would have to go through the tedious process of manually inserting a tempo change after every 4 bars.

Well a tempo track would have a clip just like a folder/midi audio track which could be copied and pasted the same way.

    I would love to see this, and the suggestion has come up repeatedly on this forum, but perhaps nobody has officially submitted the request.

    I just put in an official request on the Feature Request page (which can be found here) - maybe if you and others do the same, it might get considered more seriously. I think sometimes it's a question of how much of a need Cakewalk percieves for the feature.
