Feature request X-Ray twist

I'm not even sure if it's not already possible but I've made a feature request in case it is not ;)
 
If it can be done, thanks to let me know how!
 
Here's what I sent:
 
" Since most people use a screen dedicated to plugins I think this could be amazing.
 
When I work on a track, I would like to see all plugins inserted there ready to be used when I select it, like the prochannel which always reflect the selected track, instead of opening and closing them manually and constantly repositioning them.
 
The way I see it, I first open and place the plugins on the screen where I like to have them.
 
I do this for every tracks.
 
When I select track three for exemple, the plugins currently open are "X-Rayed" (the % could be defined by the user) and the plugins of track 3 are brought back to 100% opacity, same layout I've left them. If I select track 4, then track three plugins are x-rayed and track 4 plugins are placed to the foreground and etc.
 
A "Pin" icon could be used to override this behaviour and leave the pinned plugins at full opacity whichever track is selected.
 
Plugins that are manually closed just don't appear even if they are in the fx bin.
 
Basically, it's a twisted use of the already available X-Ray feature."
 
Maybe it could not be too hard to implement but that would be a tremendous workflow upgrade!
 
So, is it achievable the way Sonar is right now?
