Feedback Portal versus Feedback Loop | Features and Ideas

I've been holding off upgrading from X3 to SPLAT until I see that at least one of my pet feature requests is addressed or implemented, eg.
 
Staff view handling / display of triplets with regard to ties and embedded rests
Chord pads - ala C***ase
Chord track - ala C***ase
Chord assistant - ala C***ase
 
I'm disappointed that none of these made the list for Spring 2016, and I have a question regarding the the planned Feedback Portal:  Is it planned that all the suggestions from the forum's Features and Ideas will populate the new Feedback Portal, or will it be necessary to buy the new version of Sonar to be able to make the feature suggestions again and vote on them?
