Grant that is just a cool tune and you guys did a great job with it.
Listened numerous times and it made me grin everytime. Love the attitude and
it sounds great on cans or my speakers.
And having congrats with the bass...unreal...thank you.

To have built my first bass and have a bassist like it is an amazing feeling.
Then to hear him play it! Wow.
Mark and Rick- thank you guys. Honored to receive the kudos.
I also appreciate the indirect bass comments very much.

Big thanks to Bill, Janet, Mark, Scotty, James and Michael. Glad you like. Sure looking forward to getting my hands on the Spacey made Tele.

Ok new mix up I hope final. The author had a few requests and at the recomendation of the good folks here, some timing and minor volume adjustments. The one thing that I did that might be overdone is the low end. I've been experimenting with my new sub and may have overcooked the low end?

Edit: oh yea telephone intro idea added as well

Intoxicating and excellent performances and riffs (on my Adams) for Feelin Low.  I didn't compare the original as that seems unnecessary, IMHO.

Tal seems even more intoxicating and whose musicality has me spinning.  Astonishing beauty there.

On both the words seem a bit 'detached' (could be the delays or plate verbs on the vocals.) ... but to change things might 'wrongfully alter' your wonderful and excellent vibe and majestic production.

Thank you so much for sharing these most excellent productions!!!!

Thanks Philip, I'm glad you enjoyed them both Tal is still a WIP, the vocals with new lyrics are being replaced soon with harmonies. I'm glad you were moved by it.
I'm glad you also liked Feeling Low

Thanks Charlie, glad you enjoyed. I noticed that the other day after listening to yours and Robby's track that the level needs to come up on mine, went to play mine with the volume at same level, and all I heard was Bapu. I'll tweak a bit more thanks

Grant, you've done a fine production job on this. I have it cranked up nicely on my Tannoys, and there's plenty of crisp detail coming through, bottom end is well defined too.

Great stuff!

I didn't know you were remixing this? I thought it was great the 1st time I heard it, but this sounds pretty awesome now :-) I know how it can be remixing... Believe me. Hours and hours... Listening over and over, looking at peoples comments and recommendations, choosing which to explore, and how much, making those adjustments? Listening again? A/B'ing the changes? It's like a sickness... And after days of it sometimes you're not sure if you've made it better or worse! I wish I were as good at it as some here, but the good thing about it is, like anything else? The more you do it? The better you get at it :-)

**that is a pretty bass, but it has too many strings ;-)

I listened to Tai too, I like the vibe to that song, but there's something weird about the sound of the vox, not the performance, but the way they are presented/processed.

Great job on this Grant. Now it sounds like I was hoping it would. I'd not change a thing. :) I just compared it to the first mix you sent me....it lasted 10 seconds compared to this one. Bravo brother!

John: Thanks much appreciated

Frank: certainly an honor to be called a producer by one of Cakewalks finest

James: big thanks, yea you can really hear Bapu on this, even he suggested to turn it down a bit and a submitted a track to Marius with the bass a bit lower the guitars and mids up a bit and a tad louder but he wants to stick with this one

Robby: Yes, you completely and accurately decribed what has been going on here. It's a wonder we don't all wind up with some compulsive disorder. Thanks for the second listen. You have always been a great performer and your production skills have grown to pro sounding levels to my ears.

Danny: Thanks a bunch brother, and thanks for all the help steering me in the right direction on this.

Strummy: Thank you my brother, glad you enjoyed

I did send a few mixes that were louder to the author and he has chosen to stick with this one. I have learned much from all the help and suggestions from fellow CHB members as well as the good folks here in this forum but I realize I still have much to learn. I know enough to understand those loud but wonderfully dynamic mixes that many of you folks are getting is not something can be learned in one night and will take time to develop. I am encouraged that I've come this far and grateful for all the help.

Hi, Grant,

I don't know how I missed this one, but wow, this is pure vintage dynamite!

Stellar production work, and the entire mix sounds fantastic. Ed's new custom bass looks and sounds great, too.

Really good stuff, buddy!
