Filter Inconsistency (X3e)

I've reported this before a long time ago in X2, but it may have been lost in the shuffle, or was not reproduced. I don't know. So, I want to know if anyone else is seeing this UI issue with Take lanes Filters before I report it again.

Note: I was unable to upload an image. The Attached Images button in the upper right of a Post New Thread window doesn't show "From Gallery / Upload" options. (Chrome)

One way I managed to recreate this potential bug:
1) Initially set one Take Lane's Envelope Filter to Clip Gain
2) Delete that Lane by clicking the x in that Lane.
3) All other Lanes display Gain Automation.

To revert this display to normal
1) Collapse the Take Lanes. Main Track is now set to Gain Automation.
2) Set the Main track to Clips again.
3) Expand Take Lanes.

The crux of this is, many, many times, the Envelope Filter may not reflect the envelope that the Take Lane displays.

If you click the Attach Images button in the upper right of the forum post, you see two tabs (Image URL and From Gallery / Upload) . One indicates the option of directly uploading an image. However, in the From Gallery / Upload tab, there are no options.

Since I know direct uploading of images is not permitted in this forum why bother to explore the tab? Is it any surprise the forum software has features which are not implemented or may be disabled in this installation?

It doesn't surprise me, no, but I've mentioned it, because it is mis-leading, and we know that the forum has recently been undergoing updates and such.

Looks like there is some weirdness with the Envelopes when collapsing and opening the Take Lanes with Clip Gain Automation on in the Filter. Not sure if it's the exact thing that you're seeing or not. Images or a video would be helpful for us and/or support to see this issue any further.

Yeah, I'll do some screencasting, possibly as early as tonight. It seems to be worse when there's lots of Take Lanes (50-60).

I didn't have a chance to present a screencast yet, but here's an image. Thanks Anderton for showing me this hosting site.

You can see the Gain envelopes are still displayed, even though the Envelope Filters are set to Clips. Please see the original procedure above for how I got here.
