Serial Number already registered?

I just bought Dimension Pro on Wednesday.... I tried to register it on the website with the serial number on the back of the case and it tells me my serial number is already registered....

WTF?

How do I register my software?

    That's mucho bad... sorry to hear.
    Beyond the obvious double-checking for the serial number, I suggest you to give technical support a call. You'll need that serial for registering.

    If you're not in the US, I suggest to call the store where you purchased Dimension Pro. They should get it fixed for you.

    Haven't called yet, but emailed them several times with no replies....I'll call them monday morning.
