If you just need to record one channel at a time you can connect the FX SEND to one of the input on your sound card (left or right) and select that as the input for your track. Make sure the FX knobs on the channels are all the way down except the one you want to record, turn it up to set your record level.
To hear playback connect the output of the sound card to the TAPE IN and press the Tape to CR button in. Then connect the Control Room outputs to your powered speakers or stereo amp. Or use headphones.
If you need to record in stereo you can use the Main Output to connect to the sound card. As long as the Tape to CR switch is in you won't get playback mixed in to the main outputs.
